General
Creating an Account with us?
Yes. When you register you will only enter your email id, a password is generated and send to your email. Login in at https://suvaifoods.my and update your account details or just shop and checkout, the system will save your details so that you don’t need to input them next time you shop. Moreover, you will have a personal Dashboard when you login, wherein, you can manage your Orders, Rewards, Coupons, Addresses, Payment, Account and Wishlist details.
Cut-off date for next delivery day?
The cut off is 5 pm every day for next day delivery.
ISSUES WITH OUR WEBSITE / ORDERS
Issues logging in / placing an order?
If you are having issues with logging in or ordering, please clear your cache and refresh our page. If the problems persist, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@suvaifoods.my or whatsapp@+60 10-932 6320
Forgot or need to change my password?
In case you forget your password or need to reset it, please use the forgot link in the login page or change the existing password from your Dashboard > Account Details section.
Use of more than one discount code at a time?
No, only one coupon can be redeemed at a point
Revisions in the already placed order?
If you have not yet checked out but wish to edit your cart, simply click to go back a page and continue shopping. Once you have checked out, you will not be able to change your order on the website. Please email admin@suvaifoods.my ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERY
Need to change the delivery date?
Please contact @03-5892 9552 in case there is a change in the delivery date, also note that deliveries that need to be rescheduled once the delivery has been sent out will incur re-delivery fee.
Item missing in received order?
Please check the received items carefully against the invoice when you receive it to make sure you have received what your ordered. Missing items must be informed to us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
Contact us at admin@suvaifoods.my If an item is found to be missing from your order, or you have received the wrong product, we will do our best to deliver it ASAP or will add a credit to your Suvai account, the same can be redeemed in next order.
Received order but don't want one of the products. Is return possible?
All of our products are fresh, however, if you believe there is something wrong with the product, please contact us immediately so we try out what best can be done.
